At Lumoria (www.lumoria-shop.com), your satisfaction is our priority. This policy outlines our procedures for returns, refunds, and cancellations, ensuring your rights are protected under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

1. 30-Day Return Period

You have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving your delivery.

• Initiating a Return: Contact us at info@lumoria-shop.com to receive authorization and specific shipping instructions.
• Shipping Costs: For "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for return postage. However, if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Lumoria will cover all return shipping costs.
• Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking or handling fees ($0.00).

2. Conditions for Return

To qualify for a refund, please ensure the following:

• Items must be in their original packaging, including all accessories and manuals.
• The product must be unused and in its original condition.
• Packages must be securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 7 business days):

• Original Payment Method: Refunds are issued strictly to the original payment method used (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc.).
• Confirmation: You will receive an automated email notification once the refund has been processed. Please allow additional time for your bank to reflect the balance.

4. Exchanges & Cancellations

We accept exchanges. If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please notify us before 8:00 PM (AEST) on the day of purchase. Once an order has entered our logistics system, modifications may no longer be possible.

5. Australian Consumer Law Notice

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
