1. Delivery Timelines
We work diligently to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible. Please note our operational schedule:
- Order Cut-off Time: 8:00 PM (AEST - Australia).
- Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday).
- Transit Time: 7–10 business days.
- Total Estimated Delivery: 8–13 business days.
2. DDP Guarantee (Delivered Duty Paid)
To provide a premium shopping experience for our Australian customers, Lumoria operates on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis.
What this means for you: The price you pay at checkout is the final price. We handle all logistics, including any applicable import taxes, GST, and customs clearance. You will never be asked to pay additional fees to the courier upon delivery.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link. This allows you to monitor your package in real-time as it makes its way to your Australian address.
4. Important Shipping Notes
- Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete shipping details. Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses may incur additional re-shipping charges.
- External Delays: While we aim for consistency, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, extreme weather, or regional factors outside of our control.
